Retail Supervisor - Full Time (Riverhead)

Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver consistently high customer experience while driving sales, KPIs, and profitability. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning. Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling, oversee inventory and shrink goals, and ensure merchandise is accurately processed. Maintain a safe, compliant shopping and working environment while working non-traditional hours as needed.
