Lead strategic financial management for the manufacturing plant to ensure profitability and operational health. Direct short- and long-term financial planning, supervise the full accounting cycle and internal controls, and manage IT and process resources to drive efficiency and environmental/compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the complete accounting cycle (billing, A/R, A/P, inventory, fixed assets, taxes), lead month-end closings, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, external audits, and product costing.
•Prepare forecasts and operating plans, analyze variances, and provide proactive consultations for strategic decision-making.
•Direct IT (IM) and process improvement teams, ensuring compliance with Environmental Management System and alignment of environmental policies with organizational objectives.
•Collaborate with management to drive efficiency, profitability and operational health of the plant.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration or related field.
•5+ years of experience in a similar position.
•3+ years of experience as a cost accountant.
•Proficiency in SAP.
•Teamwork, decision-making, leadership, effective communication and analytical thinking.
