•Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new product opportunities within the CNPF portfolio.
•Partner with CNPF leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop innovative products for emerging customer and market needs.
•Drive end-to-end product development, including market validation, business case creation, product strategy, pilot execution, and commercialization planning.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team progressing concepts from ideation through pilot, incubation, and commercialization.
•Develop and maintain product roadmaps using customer, market, and competitive insights; use data to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 265,000
