Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Service Management Transformation to design and deliver transformation of service management practices across HK Pillar and Asia & Middle East.
  • •Lead engineering discussions to identify AIOps use cases, define solution requirements, and deliver pragmatic options.
  • •Drive engineering design and delivery of AIOps journeys to improve resilience, detection, diagnosis, impact assessment, and recovery.
  • •Build and lead a Team Engineering model where engineers, service management practitioners, and SREs co-develop solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • •Establish delivery operating model and governance for secure, auditable AI-assisted/agentic capabilities, and partner with platform, cloud, security, data, architecture, and risk teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or technology management roles with strong customer/service focus.
  • •Hands-on technical expertise designing, delivering, and operating production-critical services.
  • •Experience translating operational needs into AIOps use cases, technical requirements, controls, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Practical AIOps, observability, monitoring, and operational analytics experience across diverse production environments.
  • •Demonstrated leadership influencing in a matrixed global organization; strong written and spoken English.
