Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with partners and stakeholders across quant model development, balance sheet risk management, and Treasury trading desks to understand pain points and desired outcomes.
  • •Partner with Quant and Treasury teams to translate requirements into model development, testing, and deployment.
  • •Collaborate with Technology, Data, and business stakeholders plus peer teams in Research, Design, and Architecture to develop and iterate on solutions.
  • •Drive alignment by prioritizing competing initiatives, sequencing capability development, and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
  • •Establish success metrics and feedback loops to measure usability, adoption, and impact, continuously iterating based on feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing, OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of Product Management experience (if not holding the quantitative degree requirement).
  • •Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into digital products (preferred).
