Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of new market launches, owning product strategy from problem framing through customer-facing experience.
  • •Deeply understand how new carriers and markets integrate into the Trainline platform so complexity is invisible to customers.
  • •Make informed investment decisions across the supply portfolio, balancing improvements to existing integrations and prioritising net-new launches.
  • •Define and track success metrics, using data to guide decisions at every stage while managing priorities across two squads.
  • •Partner across teams (Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Finance, GTM, Marketing) and collaborate closely on API integration constraints and partner economics.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Product Manager across multiple European markets, with a track record of launching or scaling in a multi-market environment.
  • •Ability to understand customer problems end to end, from technical integration of a market or carrier through to customer experience.
  • •Experience managing a portfolio of integrations or partnerships, with judgement to decide where to invest for greatest value.
  • •Strong metrics mindset—identify what to measure, explain why it matters, and use insight for prioritisation and trade-offs.
  • •Solid understanding of APIs and how integrations work at a high level, with confidence to engage with Engineering on integration complexity.
