Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend forecast calls and identify weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities.
  • •Coordinate weekly commit operationalization across cross-functional teams to track progress and drive actions.
  • •Provide operations advisory, enablement, and change management for ROK-based Sellers and Distributors, including supply chain consultation and constraint management.
  • •Manage quality of bookings and backlog management for ROK accounts and conduct stakeholder operational business reviews.
  • •Drive process/system automation via change requests, support adoption of new solutions, and manage escalations for the ROK region.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • •7+ years of related experience.
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean.
  • •Knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) operational processes and experience supporting distributors (Disti) and direct sales teams.
  • •Experience leading change management during significant business transformation; programming knowledge is an advantage.
