Join the Sanctions Screening team to review and investigate potential sanctions matches, perform due diligence, and escalate possible breaches using documented processes. Monitor transaction data for unusual patterns related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion, triaging actionable alerts to meet KPIs and SLAs. Stay current on sanctions and AML regulations, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with KYC, Compliance, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and investigate potential sanctions screening matches and perform due diligence to confirm true matches.
•Analyse transaction data to identify unusual patterns, conduct alert reviews, and triage actionable alerts for further investigation.
•Stay up to date on sanctions (e.g., OFAC, EU, UK) and AML/ due diligence laws, supporting updates to guidance and procedures.
•Maintain accurate records of investigations and decisions while following data privacy and internal security protocols.
•Conduct risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases or potential compliance breaches to the appropriate teams; collaborate with KYC, Compliance, and Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 680,000 - 775,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of operations experience, preferably in sanctions compliance, AML, due diligence, or a related field.
•Strong written and verbal English communication to produce clear reports and customer communications.
•Maintain high quality and accuracy with strict adherence to procedures and standards, even under workload.
•Ability to work independently, make decisions within defined procedures, and apply a risk-based approach.
•Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
