Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with bank policies.
  • •Perform and supervise quality control activities, including planning and scheduling daily workflow to meet service standards and regulatory deadlines.
  • •Ensure high-quality, friendly customer service and resolve inquiries, complaints, and situations professionally and efficiently.
  • •Approve transactions within established guidelines, review and comprehend daily reports, and assist with audits to achieve satisfactory ratings.
