Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment; install operating systems, software applications, and security tools; validate functionality prior to deployment.
  • •Receive, inspect, and inventory equipment shipments; maintain accurate asset records; track asset movement from receipt through deployment and return; reconcile inventory audits.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and shipment packages; coordinate shipping/receiving/returns; ensure secure packaging and verify shipping documentation with chain-of-custody records.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and imaging issues encountered during staging; escalate unresolved issues and assist with deployment readiness questions.
  • •Follow documented staging procedures and security requirements; maintain staging center organization, cleanliness, and safety; identify process improvements.

Key Requirements
