Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while representing the brand on the sales floor. Build client relationships through product expertise and styling, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data and support omni-channel selling. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
