Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end process discovery and AS-IS/TO-BE design for Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash, defining S/4HANA solution scope
  • •Own S/4HANA functional configuration, business rules, and master-data strategy; partner with developers on extensions, APIs, and orchestration
  • •Use process mining and business process intelligence to identify root causes, quantify opportunity, prioritize improvements, and translate findings into S/4HANA requirements
  • •Define requirements for AI-assisted and agentic process improvements (automation, recommendations, anomaly detection, and assistants), including where AI is appropriate and where human-in-the-loop is required
  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops, define acceptance criteria, lead user acceptance testing, and measure outcomes using KPIs/ROI for process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with hands-on delivery across at least one full S/4HANA lifecycle and deep expertise in finance domains (Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash)
  • •Experience leading process discovery, process mapping, and process mining using SAP Process Intelligence or equivalent BPI tools, translating outputs into solution requirements
  • •Strong clean-core S/4HANA design judgment, with discernment on when extensions are warranted
  • •Practical experience applying Databricks AI and agentic capabilities to enterprise processes with governance, controls, auditability, and human oversight
  • •Integration and governance knowledge including APIs/OData, IDoc, SAP Integration Suite/BTP, SAP authorizations, SoD, and SOX/audit requirements
