Corporate Legal Counsel

Support the company on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate contracts for U.S. operations. Partner with Operations, Central Services, and Risk Management to manage risk, draft resolutions and board materials, monitor corporate law changes, and handle FOIA-related matters. Lead contract drafting/review for government and public sector agreements, manage disputes including subpoenas and depositions, and provide support alongside external counsel when needed.
