Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end maintenance work control: prioritize work, develop job plans, and ensure required parts, materials, skills, and tools are available.
  • •Operate as the plant-level owner/manager of the CMMS, including reviewing/updating completed work orders and machinery history.
  • •Support compliance and safety programs, including OSHA/EPA/USDA requirements and organizing/maintaining PSM information for 14 PSM elements.
  • •Develop and maintain PSM processes such as PHA, MOC tracking, operating procedures, hazard assessments, and support PSSR/audits.
  • •Train maintenance personnel on reporting procedures and CMMS use, assist with contractor qualifications, and provide leadership guidance to the maintenance department.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Working knowledge of basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • •Strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • •Experience supervising day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance is preferred.
