Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the assessment and adoption of IFRS 18 and prepare quarterly IFRS 16 discount rate analysis.
  • •Provide technical accounting support and act as a trusted contact for finance stakeholders and external auditors.
  • •Plan, prepare, and deliver interim and year-end Group statutory reporting requirements.
  • •Coordinate audit and review processes, including responding to auditor requests.
  • •Maintain accounting records in SAP, support month-end reporting activities, and prepare technical accounting papers and note disclosures.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrable post-qualification experience at an assistant manager, manager, or equivalent level.
  • •Strong understanding of IFRS and UK statutory reporting requirements for listed groups.
  • •Experience preparing or reviewing statutory financial statements and supporting external audit processes.
  • •Knowledge of SAP, group consolidation systems, or similar reporting platforms (advantageous).
