Job Summary

Own the quality and completeness of the marketplace catalogue by organizing the category tree, defining template attributes, and creating listing content guidelines. Partner with the Marketplace team to improve product listing accuracy (descriptions, images, specifications) and run regular audits to fix discrepancies. Support sellers in creating and optimizing listings while ensuring adherence to standards for pricing, categorization, and tagging in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize the category tree by identifying category levels and nodes.
•Supervise templates by identifying mandatory attributes, values, and optional fields.
•Develop content guidelines and structure for listings.
•Collaborate with the Marketplace team to enhance the quality and completeness of product listings.
•Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and rectify discrepancies, and assist sellers in creating and optimizing listings while ensuring compliance with listing standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Language Studies, Translation, Digital Media, Business, Journalism, Multimedia or a relevant field.
•3+ years of experience in content creation, content moderation, catalogue enhancement, or A+ content creation.
•Preferably 3+ years of Retail/Ecommerce experience or a closely related industry.
•Strong self-motivation with the ability to learn on the fly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication, composure, and professional attitude with a track record of SLA, quality, and productivity.
