Supervisor, Clinical Lab Scientist

Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical lab, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring production goals are met. Ensure all case samples are processed and accounted for while monitoring adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and CLIA/CAP guidelines. Lead and train new hires, document nonconformance and corrective actions (including CAPAs), and handle employee issues in collaboration with management and HR. Serve as the go-to person when the manager is unavailable.
