Job Summary

Ensure timely, efficient delivery operations by following departmental policies, delivery checklists, and shipment procedures. Handle customer interactions for addresses, sorting, and delivery scheduling, and meet shipment targets. Maintain safety and security standards, complete clerical/emergency tasks as needed, and update the operation system while handing over bills to in-charge staff. Perform vehicle-related procedures including routine maintenance and route/time adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow relevant departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure controlled, consistent work.
•Implement delivery checklists and operational standards before leaving the delivery center; follow delivery procedures for ready shipments.
•Ensure deliveries are completed and returned to the delivery center within the accepted time; update the operation system and hand over bills to in-charge staff.
•Maintain safety and security standards in EP and other operating locations.
•Perform vehicle procedures including routine maintenance (fluid levels, fuel), follow driving routes and schedules, and maintain group assets.

Key Requirements

•High School degree or equivalent.
•2-5 years of experience in a Delivery Center.
•Knowledge of IT skills.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
•Valid Driver’s License and Evidence of Insurability, plus a Forklift certificate.
