Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • •Manage client accounts by building relationships and providing proactive communication and tailored service recommendations aligned to business needs.
  • •Coordinate system user setup and deliver training on client-facing platforms (web-based payroll, reporting tools, LMS, and service applications).
  • •Support accurate and timely client payroll processing, including compliance, and deliver benefit reconciliation and client benefit inquiries throughout the client lifecycle.
  • •Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, analyze reporting for trends/opportunities, and manage escalations and complex issues through appropriate channels (including case submission and tracking in ClientSpace).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; college degree required or 4+ years of relevant multistate PEO/ASO/HCM/EOR experience (or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, and training).
  • •3 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • •Previous experience in account management, PEO, EOR, payroll, taxes, benefits, or human resources is a plus.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications as needed.
