Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain rating surveillance on a portfolio of up to 15 credits, primarily in Brazil but potentially in other South American countries
•Lead new transactions and issuer rating analysis using AI-powered analytical tools and automated data validation systems
•Actively participate in publishing and investor outreach activities
•Lead meetings, interact with senior management, maintain strong issuer relationships, and deliver high levels of service excellence with all stakeholders
•Be an analytical role model for colleagues and junior analysts and contribute to a culture of coaching and feedback

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in a rating agency, commercial or investment bank, investing institution/asset manager, or Big 4 audit
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related subject
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish appreciated
•Solid analytical skills with deep understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting concepts; strong financial modeling and Excel skills
•Experience with data management and synthesis for analytical purposes
