Key Requirements

  • •4 years of financial services experience in retirement plans, including direct access and client consultation.
  • •Advanced knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, and IRS requirements, including qualified plan concepts and plan documents.
  • •Working knowledge of investments used in retirement plans (e.g., annuities, mutual funds, employer stock, partnerships).
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and explain governmental requirements and investment products to plan sponsors and producers.
  • •FINRA Series 6 license; associates must acquire required federal and/or state licenses/registrations within required timeframes.
