Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble metal bus bars and switchboard components using drawings, bills of materials, blueprints, and order entry systems.
  • •Measure and install material by following established procedures and using hand tools and measuring devices.
  • •Track job progress and communicate problem areas or part shortages.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis for quality or production issues.
  • •Perform quality and safety duties, including visual inspections, PPE use, and 5S responsibilities, while cross-training as needed.
