Job Summary

Finance & Accounting Operations Specialist at SKELAR will oversee financial operations across multiple group companies, focusing on margin analysis, tax planning, liquidity management, budgeting, and cost control. You’ll work closely with Finance & Accounting Manager to optimize processes, automate workflows, and ensure compliance within a venture-building environment that supports EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, and other consumer ventures.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze company margins and monitor key financial metrics.
•Participate in tax planning and assessment of tax risks.
•Coordinate funding processes and ensure liquidity for the group companies.
•Participate in budgeting and short-term financial planning.
•Analyze and approve expenses in line with internal policies and rules.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or related fields.
•Ability to work independently and make decisions within own area of responsibility.
•Experience with BAS or 1C.
•Attention to detail, systems thinking, and high level of self-organization.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
