Job Summary

Lead Aon’s Enterprise Rewards compensation consulting engagements, managing complex client projects and guiding teams to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions. Advise senior client stakeholders using analytics and rewards expertise across job architecture, job leveling, pay transparency, and pay program design. Support new business scoping and proposal development, help build firm intellectual capital, and develop consulting skills within Human Capital Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as project manager for large, complex compensation consulting projects and/or lead multiple smaller engagements.
•Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction, connecting findings and recommendations to broader business context.
•Guide teams in using existing templates and tools and creating new models/templates to support client deliverables.
•Identify data and analysis needed to answer client questions and prepare client proposals.
•Develop consulting capabilities within the practice and contribute to intellectual capital development and team culture.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressively responsible compensation experience, including at least 6 years of consulting experience.
•Experience working on strategic rewards projects at multinational organizations.
•Strong, hands-on project management experience to deliver complex work on time and on budget.
•Demonstrated knowledge of rewards and talent management practices, including areas such as pay transparency, pay equity, job architecture, and Total Rewards.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including building complex interactive Excel models; bachelor’s degree required.
