Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and administer construction and consultancy contracts (e.g., EPC, EPCM, Design & Build, FIDIC-based).
  • •Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and project specifications, interpreting clauses and advising stakeholders.
  • •Review and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders, including Extension of Time claims and cost impacts.
  • •Review interim payment applications and final accounts, ensuring accurate measurement, valuation, and certification of works.
  • •Prepare contractual and commercial reports and maintain complete, accurate, auditable records; coordinate with project managers, planners, engineers, and legal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration and commercial management on large infrastructure, building, or industrial projects.
  • •Strong experience with PMC or client-side organizations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
  • •Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, PMP, CCM) are an advantage.
