Sales Associate (8hrs)

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, visual merchandising, and transaction processing.
