Job Summary

Deliver executive compensation consulting for clients by leading project work from start to finish. Apply compensation design and implementation expertise—covering executive and board compensation, incentive plan design, and equity guidelines—while owning analysis, methodology, and deliverables. Coordinate research inputs, produce summary findings and recommendations, and co-deliver client presentations. Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an intermediary between Account Manager, junior staff, and client leads to translate client needs into analysis and design recommendations.
•Lead consulting projects within agreed timelines and budgets, owning methodology, analysis, and outputs.
•Develop summary reports with findings and recommendations.
•Interface and co-deliver presentations to clients.
•Provide mentorship and developmental feedback to junior staff and support firm development activities such as proposals or thought leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of compensation or related experience with executive compensation experience preferred.
•Strong quantitative background and ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings.
•Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
•Excellent written and oral communication, including confidence presenting and defending recommendations to C-level and Board audiences.
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics (other majors considered).
