Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and facilitate extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10.
  • •Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
  • •Protect the agile squad from external distractions and remove architectural or organizational impediments blocking daily progress.
  • •Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
  • •Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
  • •Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
  • •Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
  • •Background or strong functional knowledge in Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
