Senior Finance Manager

Own the controllership foundation—ensuring general ledger integrity, running month- and year-end close, and designing audit-ready controls for a fast-scaling regulated business. Lead regulatory reporting setup and ongoing periodic submissions, and manage relationships with regulators and external auditors. Drive annual statutory audit planning and resolution of findings. Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to strengthen forecasting, KPI definitions, and decision-useful performance insights while improving processes and automation using Excel, Anaplan, and Planful.
