Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day site management for a fast-paced construction project, including logistics, schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
  • •Implement and enforce construction site logistics and SpaceX safety policies, driving safety culture through contractor and internal partners.
  • •Manage jobsite operations including deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials, and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
  • •Maintain SWPP and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including required permitting/environmental processes.
  • •Coordinate contractor procurement and execution, including gathering proposals, assigning contracts, and developing/maintaining cost and schedule controls while reporting daily operations to management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of professional experience in the construction or aerospace industries, leading or coordinating a labor force.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with a trade skill in welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation.
  • •Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed and operate safely at elevated heights (200+ feet).
