  • •Administer probate estates, post-death trusts, and other post-death fiduciary relationships in line with governing documents and fiduciary principles.
  • •Plan and coordinate settlement activities, assigning tasks to internal and external resources and monitoring progress to completion.
  • •Resolve fiduciary and compliance issues, including trust, tax, banking, investment, and compliance matters under relevant laws.
  • •Coordinate information between clients, external attorneys, and internal specialists to ensure accurate, timely estate settlement administration.
