Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SLT with attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of school-based staff, including pre-employment safer recruitment checks.
  • •Manage probationary processes, performance review/appraisal cycles, and professional development planning aligned to group-wide policies.
  • •Oversee People & Culture operations: maintain confidential employment records, ensure personnel files and attendance systems are up to date, and manage insurance and staff letters/NOCs.
  • •Lead employee relations support, including investigations and disciplinary management, tracking cases, and acting as the first point of contact for legal cases.
  • •Ensure compliance through UAE Labour Law adherence and coordination with government relations for ADEK/immigration compliance before the academic year.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum diploma/degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years in HR or recruitment in any industry, or 5 years in generalist HR within a service-related industry.
  • •Sound working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • •Strong safer recruitment practice knowledge, including references and suitability/police clearances.
  • •Recognized HR qualification/professional subscription (e.g., CIPD) desirable; proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
