Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Read schematic drawings and technical documentation to determine proper work procedures.
  • •Dismantle and assemble machinery and equipment using hand, power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
  • •Move and position machinery, parts, and equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls, and trucks.
  • •Align machinery and equipment using precision tools and/or laser alignment recommendations.
  • •Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment and ensure control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in a technical field (Gas Turbine Systems Technician preferred).
  • •At least 2 years of experience maintaining, dismantling, and installing industrial machinery and service equipment (pumps, motors, fans, generators, turbines).
  • •Experience utilizing relevant tooling for mechanical maintenance and installation.
  • •Good understanding of applicable legal, quality, and HSSE requirements.
  • •Knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance practices, procedures, and readiness for travel/shift work.
