Job Summary

Lead and deliver Honeywell automation and technology development programs as a core member of a global program team, coordinating multiple workstreams across locations to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance commitments. Drive end-to-end program plans from concept through production with rigorous governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage the activities of a project team throughout the life cycle of Honeywell Programs from start to close-out phases, driving revenue and ensuring successful delivery.
•Lead and execute with full compliance to contractual terms, risk allocation, and change management while protecting scope, schedule, cost, and margin objectives through contract administration and negotiations.
•Define program goals and success metrics that align with a shared roadmap across multiple workstreams and locations.
•Align multiple project plans to a common roadmap and manage interdependencies and resource conflicts.
•Communicate program health to senior leadership and drive process improvement, tooling adoption, and consistency across programs.

•Bachelor's Degree
•12+ Years of Automation experience
•5+ Experience in the oil & gas, refining, and/or mining industry
•8+ Years of Project Management or equivalent experience
•Strong program leadership with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
