Lead the end-to-end management of the CASA liabilities portfolio for SME banking, driving new-to-bank acquisition, business development, and servicing; oversee a team, coordinate with the Head of Business Banking, and grow revenue streams (FX, NII, NFI, cash management, trade) within the UAE while digitizing services and enhancing multi-product relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end management of the Liabilities team, driving CASA acquisition and servicing.
•Maintain and grow SME banking relationships by acquiring new-to-bank CASA clients and managing existing CASA portfolios.
•Drive change management, enhance product offerings, and digitize services channels for SME Banking clients.
•Negotiate credit lines in line with underwriting standards and onboard New to Bank SME clients per KYC and due diligences policies.
•Conduct account planning with team members and cross-sell other products to achieve multi-product relationships and greater share of wallet.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Finance.
•8–10 years of experience in SME banking Liabilities in the UAE.
•Experience in leading and developing a team.
•Strong business acumen with ability to develop plans and strategies.
•Ability to forge close relationships with external constituents as a senior representative of the bank.
