Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee SAP Basis operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP environment.
  • •Manage Basis workstreams across operations, maintenance, and process/performance improvement activities.
  • •Determine project resource allocations and balance workload priorities across resources.
  • •Manage approvals and reviews for SAP system changes, updates, and implementations, including provider coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, operations, and support.

  • •Experience managing third-party providers or outsourced service teams.
  • •Experience with resource planning, workload balancing, and service delivery management including SLA/KPI tracking.
