Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize machine output while prioritizing safety and ensuring adherence to safety aspects of machine operation.
  • •Develop knowledge of the injection moulding system and perform visual inspection to identify product defects.
  • •Adjust the process to generate the best quality output and investigate/correct deviations in product quality, product safety, and operational efficiency.
  • •Monitor, record, analyze, and report downtime, scrap generation, and quality by machine; maintain accurate production reports.
  • •Maintain master cleaning schedule and paperwork; assist shift mechanic during machine downtime and support training/retraining of operators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 27.65 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Knowledge of injection moulding machine startup/shutdown and maintaining machine operation.
  • •Ability to understand product processing and perform required quality tests tied to part quality.
  • •Ability to safely operate under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • •Ability to teach operators, maintain leadership standards, and stay flexible toward overtime.
