Job Summary

Build and harden core features for a CMMS platform by translating complex product and customer workflows into reliable software. As a senior engineer, you’ll lead large initiatives end to end, make technical tradeoffs, mentor L1/L2 engineers, and raise engineering quality through code review and pairing. You’ll work primarily with React and GraphQL while applying AI-assisted development practices and partnering across adjacent teams when work crosses boundaries.

•Own design, planning, execution, and testing for large features within your team’s domain.
•Lead technical discovery and tradeoff decisions, partnering with adjacent teams when work crosses boundaries.
•Deliver high-quality software while limiting regressions and improving maintainability and performance.
•Raise the engineering bar via code review, pairing, and mentorship of L1/L2 engineers.
•Participate in technical interviews and hiring decisions, and champion practical AI-assisted development practices.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of commercial software development experience and 6+ years building web applications.
•Demonstrated track record leading non-trivial projects from design through delivery.
•Expertise in React and/or GraphQL, with a strong passion for writing excellent, high-quality code.
•Strong understanding of cloud-based and web technologies, responsive web design, and user behavior.
•Experience mentoring other engineers and fluency with AI tools/workflows applied pragmatically to accelerate work.
