Training Enablement Specialist (Spain)

Own training enablement for a global Customer Training team, turning cross-functional training inputs into clear onboarding outputs. You’ll execute multiple learning roadmaps, optimize and enhance existing training materials, and lead onboarding for new Trainers to reduce ramp time. The role also translates product and system changes into structured learning so trainers and frontline teams can adopt day-to-day workflow updates quickly and consistently.
