Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess concepts and approaches for using UAS platforms to improve airport operations safety and efficiency.
  • •Provide expertise in unmanned aircraft operation and support UAS integration into the NAS.
  • •Develop flight test plans and procedures for a range of system testing.
  • •Develop briefing and training materials to support flight operations.
  • •Plan and perform in-process and final testing of analog, digital, microwave, optical, and mechanical systems under ambient and environmental conditions.

  • •Experience using flight planning software (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
