Key Responsibilities

•Lead business analysis in complex initiatives around Core Banking transformation, product modernization, and operating model redesign.
•Define approaches for requirements, target processes, and functional scope across multiple business and technology streams.
•Moderate workshops with senior stakeholders to align on design decisions, prioritization, and implementation planning.
•Lead and ensure quality of BA teams to deliver consistent documentation, traceability, and implementation readiness.
•Contribute to consulting projects through solution development, customer relationship management, and further development of offerings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•Long-standing experience in business analysis, consulting, or transformation in the banking environment with a strong focus on Core Banking.
•Deep understanding of Core Banking products, processes, and platform concepts (deposits, lending, customer service, product configuration).
•Experience leading analysis workstreams in large transformation programs (e.g., software selection, platform implementation, or migration).
•Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business, operational, and technological relationships, including C-level/Managing-Director level stakeholders.
•Fluent German and English, with willingness to travel; strong communication, problem-solving, and delivery skills in customer-oriented project settings.
