Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end process discovery and AS-IS/TO-BE design for Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash, and define S/4HANA solution scope.
  • •Configure S/4HANA for the domain, including business rules and master-data strategy, and partner with developers on extensions, APIs, and orchestration.
  • •Use process mining and process intelligence to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and translate findings into concrete S/4HANA requirements.
  • •Define requirements for AI-assisted and agentic improvements (automation, recommendations, anomaly detection, generative assistants) and clarify where AI belongs in an auditable, human-in-the-loop process.
  • •Facilitate workshops, validate value, lead UAT for functional and AI features, and measure KPIs/ROI for cycle time, touchless rate, exception reduction, and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with hands-on delivery across at least one full S/4HANA lifecycle and expertise in one or more finance domains (Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash).
  • •Lead process discovery, process mapping, and process mining using SAP Process Intelligence or equivalent process intelligence/BPI tools, and translate outputs into solution requirements.
  • •Strong clean-core mindset for standard S/4HANA design, with judgment on when extensions are truly warranted versus changing the business process.
  • •Practical experience applying Databricks AI and agentic capabilities to enterprise processes with governance, controls, auditability, and human oversight.
  • •Solid understanding of integration patterns (APIs/OData, IDoc, SAP Integration Suite/BTP) and data needs for process mining and AI models.
