Provide passenger-facing support at check-in and in the gate area, including security screening and passenger service procedures. Assist customers as needed, process reservations and issue tickets, and complete required check-in steps while following travel documentation and security procedures. Check baggage and advise customers on excess baggage charges, while meeting physical requirements such as lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for extended periods.
