Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day laundry operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of linens and garments.
  • •Coordinate workflow to meet service delivery schedules and client requirements.
  • •Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and chemicals, and oversee maintenance/repairs of laundry equipment.
  • •Train and coach laundry attendants, including onboarding on cleanliness standards, guest service expectations, and laundry software usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or certification in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
