Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end rider gear supply chain across 16 global markets and three brands (foodora, foodpanda, yemeksepeti).
  • •Lead regional demand forecasting and planning, and provide inputs to procurement and local teams to ensure optimal gear availability.
  • •Manage inventory across multiple storage locations, driving replenishment strategies to reduce out-of-stock risk while optimizing holding costs.
  • •Own regional logistics operations for equipment storage, fulfillment, and cross-border distribution across regional hubs.
  • •Manage supplier and 3PL partnerships, support tenders, evaluate vendor performance, enforce quality standards, and coordinate import/export compliance and local regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics operations.
  • •Hands-on supply chain planning experience using ERP systems (SAP, Ariba), Shopify, and workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n).
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-market initiatives across Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regional teams.
  • •Demonstrated success automating manual workflows to drive operational scalability and cost efficiencies.
  • •Strong background in supplier management, transport/warehouse operations, and international customs and logistics coordination.
