Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and develop the test and monitoring toolset (Eggplant, Loadrunner, Grafana) for 3DExperience Space platforms.
  • •Deliver performance and stability KPIs regularly and lead reporting (including the monthly Performance Board) with key stakeholders.
  • •Lead performance troubleshooting and improvement initiatives, and run test campaigns across sites while maintaining non-regression and performance test scenarios.
  • •Provide end-user technical support in Spain to Mechanical Designers and Manufacturing Engineers.
  • •Operate and manage 3DExperience components deployed in Spain, including installation, incident/problem/change management, and configuration and event management.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in Spanish and able to work in an international environment with advanced English.
  • •Proven experience applying project management methodologies and working with strong autonomy and teamwork.
  • •Experience deploying and supporting PLM/CAD tools, including 3DExperience and CATIA V5.
  • •Experience with test and monitoring and delivery of performance KPIs, including test scenario maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • •Knowledge of DevOps technologies (e.g., Ansible) and familiarity with SAFe and ITIL are appreciated.
