Support Global Markets Sales & Trading within Global Business Services by managing daily trade operations, monitoring trade breaks, and ensuring accurate execution, settlement, and clearing. Build analytics for trading desks and assist with corporate action summaries, liability notices, and trade booking. Collaborate with global stakeholders, maintain audit-ready trade records, and contribute to process improvement and reporting through dashboards, presentations, and KYC outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales & Trading teams globally to support trade lifecycle activities.
•Manage daily trade operations including execution, settlement, and clearing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Monitor, investigate, and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions.
•Prepare analytics and reporting (dashboards, presentations, corporate action summaries, liability notices) to support trading desks and business decisions.
•Support process improvement and system enhancements while maintaining accurate, audit-ready trade records and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
•1–3+ years in financial analytics, operations, or related roles.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx (preferred).
•Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present findings effectively.
