Job Summary

Manage end-to-end bids and proposals for utility and infrastructure opportunities, from receiving RFPs through successful submission. Ensure proposals comply with governance procedures and customer requirements, coordinate tender responses, and support bid strategy reviews. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical and commercial excellence, track bid outcomes, and help drive continuous improvements through prospect-to-project handover and post-bid analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage bids and proposal activities from receipt of RFP through submission.
•Ensure compliance with WSP governance procedures and that submitted bids are RFP compliant.
•Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to tender documents aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
•Attend bid strategy meetings, review competitive information, and develop winning proposals that communicate value proposition.
•Track bid outcomes, conduct post-bid reviews, and support prospect-to-project handover with knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•Graduate or post graduate degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
•Preferably familiar with ME projects and experience in a lead role on large capital projects.
•Experience in Power, Water, and renewable areas (e.g., solar, wind, BESS).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated leadership, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the drive to learn and grow within the field.
