Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day and load/prep the van so orders can be efficiently delivered to customers.
  • •Complete all appropriate vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health and safety.
  • •Be a Waitrose brand ambassador with great customer service and priority focus on customers.
  • •Help customers with their shopping and build rapport based on trust and service.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Strong time management skills.
  • •Can meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting crates and moving cages.
  • •Ability to work independently with self-motivation and adaptability; IT literate.
