Key Responsibilities

  • •Field and respond to donation inquiries and monitor donation email.
  • •Schedule and assist with donation pick-ups and drop-offs, coordinating with staff, interns, volunteers, and/or contractors.
  • •Conduct warehouse inventory, keep donation spaces clean and organized, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • •Input received and distributed donations into Dynamics and track items needed.
  • •Oversee automobile donations, ensure proper paperwork and DMV requirements are completed, and provide donation reports as instructed.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 24 hourly

  • •Mature and personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values.
  • •Valid drivers license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to pass MVR standards.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • •Cross-cultural experience and the ability to understand the Church & Community Engagement mission for GIK donors and volunteers.
  • •Up to 25% domestic travel and flexibility for occasional weekday evenings or weekends.
